Question 1

What does PaperRafter organize?

Accepted Answer

PaperRafter gives contractors a private workspace for organizing compliance records such as licenses, insurance certificates, permits, renewal dates, and attached documents. It keeps the record details and the file together so you can retrieve and maintain the records you already have. It does not verify a record or decide what your business must carry.

Question 2

Can I keep the related documents with a record?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A compliance record can have an attached document, along with its type, name, and renewal date. You can retrieve the attached file, edit the record, archive it, and reopen it later from your private workspace.

Question 3

How much does the paid workspace cost?

Accepted Answer

Paid workspace access is a $99-per-month contractor subscription. The existing pricing page starts the active-subscription signup flow: create an account, confirm your email, and complete the hosted subscription checkout before workspace access is granted.

Question 4

Is PaperRafter legal advice?

Accepted Answer

No. PaperRafter is not legal advice and does not interpret rules or determine whether your business meets legal requirements. It does not replace guidance from a qualified legal professional or the relevant authority.

Question 5

Does PaperRafter send email or SMS renewal reminders?

Accepted Answer

No. Email and SMS reminders are not active. PaperRafter currently organizes records, renewal dates, and attached documents; do not rely on it to deliver email or text-message reminders.

Question 6

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Visit the pricing page to review the $99-per-month contractor subscription and start the existing signup flow. After your account is confirmed and the active subscription is completed, you can use the private workspace for your compliance records.
